📍 Crewe, North West
Large entertainment venue in Crewe with ten-pin bowling, laser tag, arcade games, soft play, escape room, pool tables, and an on-site bar and café. Covers toddlers through teens under one roof.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon (around 2 p.m.) and had a fantastic family-friendly day out. We paid for 2 games for the 4 of us, which worked out around £42 which we thought was good value. There is a touch screen where you enter player details and a nice touch of being able to do a group selfie to have as the background to the scoreboard. You also have the option of having bumpers down the gutters per player. These automatically rise and fall depending on the option being selected for each player. There is a large selection of bowling balls with different hole sizes for different hand types. We had no issues with finding a ball each to play with. There is a fully stocked bar with a good range of drinks at reasonable prices. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. There is a large soft play area, although our girls are too old for it, so they can't comment on how good it is. It looks big, though, and the kids that were in there seemed to be having lots of fun. There are escape rooms and a laser quest, too, although we didn't use either, so I can't comment. There is an arcade with a wide selection of games to play. Our girls really enjoyed playing here, although it's all quite pricey for the time you get on each game. Overall, it was a great afternoon out. I would definitely recommend it, and we will definitely be heading back.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for mixed-age families who want several activities in a single visit without driving between venues. Bowling and laser tag are the reliable highlights. Food at the venue has received repeated criticism for quality and temperature — plan to eat before arriving or factor in a nearby alternative. Staff experience varies by area and time of visit.

“Plenty of lanes, alternate activities (play area, arcade, escape room, pool tables etc.), staff very friendly, bar serving alcohol and plenty of food & drink options. Only downside is limited area around alleys for sitting for larger bookings but appreciate there isn't a great deal that can be done about the space available. A definite positive is the fact there is live sport shown as well”

“This Tenpin is huge with lots for the kids to do and at a fair price compared to other similar bowling alleys/escape rooms. Some of the staff were very helpful, others not so much and the food was average. Overall a good day out for the kids.”

Overview
Tenpin Crewe fills a large venue with bowling lanes, a laser tag arena, arcade machines, a soft play area, an escape room, and pool tables. Birthday parties are hosted across all activity types. An on-site bar serves the adult section. The bowling and laser tag are the strongest draws; food quality is inconsistent and multiple reviews recommend eating elsewhere.
