“Everything went extremely smoothly for my 8 year old daughter's party. We didn't take up the offer of the dancing as the kids were having too much fun bowling. Perfect place for a party. We'll definitely recommend to local friends.”

“Terrible experience. My girlfriend and i were harassed as staff deemed that we had taken too long to use the toilet between games. Staff should understand that some people are not able to use facilities as quickly as others and should be trained in the equality act. If you have any mobility impairment or disability DO NOT VISIT HERE, the manager Nish will be quite happy to boot you off of a lane without even having the courtesy to come and speak to you in person. Use hollywood bowl in tolworth instead they are much more customer oriented, i'll never return to this dump and hope others will heed the warning too”
