1 / 2The Highams Park Playground
📍 Woodford, Greater London
Large parkland playground across 28 acres with zip line, wooden sculptural climbers, and equipment for under-7s and older children. Humphry's Café on site; scenic views across Highams Park Lake and towards Epping Forest.
Lovely park with a lake & cafe, and great modern playground for kids. Our toddler loves it here, playground has a good selection of the essentials, long with a zip line, wood carving statues to climb on and mini kids assault course. The lake has loads of birds and is nice walk around :)
🏆 Family Action Verdict
A strong choice for families with children of mixed ages who want outdoor play combined with natural space. Toddlers and under-7s have their own dedicated area; older children gravitate to the zip line and wooden obstacle course. The lake walk with ducks and swans extends the visit naturally.
