We had never been to this play centre before and I have to say that we were extremely impressed. The fact that you can book online and have an allocated table makes it so much easier than some of it’s rivals where you have to hope and pray for a table or stand around until one becomes available. We were taking our grandchildren aged 7, 6, & 4 one of which has quite complex needs so will only eat certain foods or drink from their own special bottle. I explained this to a lovely young lady called Phoebe as I was aware there were signs around not to bring in your own food or drink. Without a heartbeat, Phoebe looked at me and in her own words said.” it’s fine please don’t worry about that at all, the most important thing is you have a lovely time.” She showed us to our table and explained the menu to us and reiterated the food would be brought to our table. Well Phoebe due to your lovely interaction with us we had a superb time. I hope they appreciate you & realise how valuable an asset you are to a business who relies on good customer service.

“Lovely few hours spent with my two year old here. Equipment is cared for, clean and plenty of choice. During the quieter hours the smaller children can freely play on the older equipment with an adult. Staff are LOVELY and attentive and gently correct older children from playing in the younger areas when there are smaller children around. They were so helpful with my sons allergy and went out of there way to find appropriate snacks. The other families here were also very friendly and watched their children well. Will definitely come again worth every penny.”

“Nice place especially with membership. They does kids discos which makes a lot of fun for kids. They have baby change and a huge soft play area. The second area for under’s 2 it’s a lot to do as well for kids. It has some visible tears in a soft play but it’s still safe. It has free car park on site but you can park on the street as it’s always has space.”
