1 / 3Timetwisters Play Centre
π Scotland
Ancient Egyptian-themed soft play with climbing structures, rope bridges, mummy's tomb areas, and laser tag party packages. Award-winning restaurant on-site. Toddler sessions and Build-a-Bear events run regularly.
Absolutely fantastic soft play! We were originally going to celebrate my son's 7th birthday at the softplay on Leith Walk but they are closed for 2 days a week (crazy!!) I called TimeTwisters and they were incredibly helpful and persuaded us to go to them instead. Im so glad we did - it is so much better, the staff are friendlier and the whole layout is incredible. Mathew went out of his way to make my son feel welcome too. My son had previously walked out of the softplay at the Commonwealth pool during a kids party when he was 4 years old and almost reached the street! The security at the Commonwealth pool was horrendous. I much prefer Timetwisters - their facility is so secure, no chance of kids escaping without an adult being there. Our kids have attended loads of soft play faciliies over the years and by far prefer Timetwisters. Go along - you wont regret it! A++++
π Family Action Verdict
The strongest soft play option in Edinburgh and Lothians for families who value cleanliness, security, and space. Toddler sessions give under-fives proper room without competing with older children. Birthday party packages with laser tag or Build-a-Bear are well-run and praised by parents.

βBooked here for my sons birthday party. It was the soft play plus build a bear package. It was brilliant and could not have gone smoother. From start to finish the staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The area for the party was well set out, with plenty of space and clean and tidy. My son even got a throne to sit on. The kids and adults all had a great time πβ

βTimetwisters Play Centre is a prime example of what soft plays should look like. It's definitely the cleanest, safest and spacious soft play I have ever been to in Edinburgh and Lothians. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Definitely worth coming back.β

βGreat play area. Spacious with lots to do. We were there for 3 hours with a 3 & 5 year old. Cleaner than most other play areas weβve been to. Staff are really friendly. Major bonus that you actually get decent food and coffee! Definitely worth a visit.β
