“Amazing experience!!! The party was very well organized, clean and nice decorations, staff very helpfulI from the beggining until the end. Food was very good and fresh. Cake eggless free deliciosss and they gave us all we need. Highly recomanded to take from Topsy Turvy. You really don t need to bring nothing from home. I came to the party very relaxed, stress free. All parents was impressed about full services which you provided. No worries at all. The lady which was in charge with our party was amazing, keeping me update all the time with everything. I would like to add for improvement : 2 staff should be present (it was just 1 person for 14 kids and adults) when the food is served and cake asweel. We clean the table after they ate and prepared for serving the cake. Overall, it was perfect party! Kids enjoy a lot! Congratulations team!”

“Our experience at Topsy Turvey was marvellous. Our room was ready in 10 min when we arrived. We arrived early than our usual slot. Staff at reception was very helpful. Our host Madeline or makaela ( can’t remember exactly) she was super helpful 100 stars for her💐 she helped us with everything to make our birthday memorable. Everyone was happy. We ordered birthday cake with Topsy Turvey. It was delicious, soft, moist and made with fresh cream. Best cake I ever had in long time. Seriously we enjoyed a lot. Thank you Topsy Turvey. Only one thing was inconvenient that they don’t have lift so we had to carry our buggy upstairs with baby . Otherwise ever else on point. The platters we order was freshly made and coffee was nice. I would book here again in future.”

“We had my son’s fifth birthday party at Topsy Turvy World today and would highly recommend it. The staff were fantastic from start to finish, and our party host was always on hand to help out with even the decoration. The private party room upstairs worked perfectly for the kids to eat and then easily to access the soft play from there . Most importantly, all the children had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. Thank you for making my son’s day so special!”
