Boutique softplay centre in Barnes with dedicated baby zones, craft sessions, and messy play workshops for children under 5. Small group sizes mean personal attention from owners Andrea and Carlos in a consistently clean space.

Hidden gem! They haven’t been open long and we had the place to ourselves!! Our ten month old loved it and Carlos and Andrea were very helpful and friendly. There are some great baby toys and books and a little slide. Good changing station in the toilet. Free wifi (scan code on wall). Note- toilet paper goes in the BIN not down loo. It would be great if they sold food/snacks for adults but they have pouches for babies. I worry that it only cost us a fiver per adult to get in (baby free U1) and there were some error codes when booking online (essential to visit) about logging in - but I ignored them and it worked anyway. They could (should!) charge more or make money on food as I would hate to see this gorgeous little place close but I wish them the very best!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Designed for babies and toddlers up to 5 years. The intimate scale means young children are never overwhelmed, and owner-run sessions give it a warmth that larger venues lack. Families with crawling babies and pre-walkers particularly benefit from the clean, well-organised space and personal check-ins from staff during sessions.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Book online in advance β€” sessions fill quickly
⏰Toilet uses a bin for paper, not the drain β€” staff will remind you on arrival
🎟️No adult food on offer, only baby pouches β€” eat before you visit
πŸš—Free WiFi is available via a code on the wall

β€œWe had such a wonderful time at Twiko-Twiko! Andrea and Carlos are absolutely lovely and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. We brought our 5-year-old twin girls, both little brunettes, and they had the BEST time. They were so excited, engaged the whole session and didn’t want to leave. The environment felt safe, clean and really well organised, with so much for the children to enjoy. Such a brilliant place for families. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back!”

β€œTwiko-Twiko has become a special place for us. It is clean, tidy, welcoming, and well organised. Andrea always takes a moment to ask how my one-year-old daughter and I are doing during the session. We have also had very positive experiences with the other children and parents, which makes it even nicer. It is definitely a perfect spot to spend quality time with my daughter. I strongly recommend this warm and comforting space.”

β€œTwiko-Twiko is a fun and friendly softplay location in Barnes. We always have a wonderful time and enjoy our stay. It is smaller than other softplay/activity areas but this makes it more of a hidden gem. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The play areas are always very clean. I would definitely recommend a visit with your little ones.”
