I had a really positive experience with customer service today. The lady Mpho who helped me was extremely kind, patient, and efficient. I had accidentally booked my tickets for the wrong venue, and she guided me through refunding them and booking new ones without any hassle. She was very helpful and understanding throughout the process, and made what could have been stressful very easy. Excellent customer service thank you so much.
π Family Action Verdict
Families who encounter booking issues or need assistance will find the customer service staff genuinely helpful and efficient. The screens and seating themselves are comfortable. Families with young children β particularly daughters β should of the toilet supervision incident in reviews and take appropriate precautions.

βΒ£4 for a bottle of lipton. That is what i'll always remember about my visit when I went to see Tron Ares. Cinema was clean and seats comfy. Shame the food and drink is extortionate prices.β

βWatched film in screen two, nice sized cinema with comfortable seats, sound was way too loud. First and obvious issue, Β£8 for a regular slushy!! Everything food and drink wise was ridiculously over priced, Sat in foyer for a few minutes before going in to cinema, floor and tables were filthy, going into the screen was no better, seats were dirty with sticky grime, I would not visit this cinema again, it clearly has no respect for customers.β

βMale staff walked into the toilet stall while my 6 year old girl was in the ladies bathroom. He made no announcement he was cleaning or even entering the bathroom. He walked past me as I was looking down and changing my baby. He proceeded to silently open the door while my just turned 6 year old girl was using the facilities. Sheβs now asking why a man opened her toilet door while she was having a private moment. I did make him leave as he made my daughter feel really uncomfortable. Spoke to manager Dylan and Shelley from customer service who thinks itβs okay for a man to silently enter the bathroom and blamed the 6 year old for not locking the door. Itβs not hard to announce cleaning and let everyone have a couple minutes to be decent. Warn before entering the ladies bathroom is not a hard ask. Lots of other young girls using bathroom while dads/ families wait outside unfortunately not realising girls not safe using bathroom themselves. Iβd be extremely mindful of visiting any vue cinema now. Lakeside shopping centre always announce cleaning whether it be female or male attendants. Itβs courtesy.Vue, Families use your faculties itβs time to be mindful and keep facilities safe for young girls/ women to use.β

Overview
Comfortable seating across multiple screens with a cafe and free parking on-site. Customer service staff resolve booking mistakes and issues promptly and with patience. Food and drink pricing is significantly above standard retail. Cleanliness in the foyer seating area and some screens has drawn consistent criticism in recent visits, including reports of floor debris and odour. One incident involving a male staff member entering the women's toilet without announcement is on the review record.
