Vue Cinema Watford

“Not been for years since moving out of town, my recent experience was nothing shirt of great all round. The ultimate supirse was booking seats that I had no idea RECLINED *i have since found out this is not all seats*. The cinema itself was super clean, tidy and looked well maintained. The staff behind the till were all super friendly and worked incredibly well as a team to get things to customers quick and that was greatly appreciated! Only thing I would change would be the maintenance of the bins as lots of the bags had either fallen through or were super full and I know how annoying it is to change a full bin when then bag has fallen in, but thats just me looking out for the hard working staff”

Kids love the Cinema irrespective of the movie. I love it as I could get a nice nap in the recliner seats when they get they get to enjoy the movie 🎬 FYI : 🍿 Popcorn bag size compared to other cinemas are big and priced good.”

Yikes, upon realising the tickets were not for this here Watford branch, Lee swooped in like a beast and changed our tickets to some available here. They smoothly sorted out my mistake for me and my wife and we didn't miss any of the film or lose our tickets. They could easily have said it was my fault, but they really were professional and considerate.”
