My daughter now 6, started coming to baby bounce at 18 months old. It taught her patience with turn taking, discipline and the fabulous skill of trampolining. She went onto join the club and we have both made fabulous friends and love going each week. The coaches are fabulous and the training is individualised to each person. She has even won a few trophies and medals along the way. Would highly recommend this club from babies to adults, for fun, exercise and socialising.

âThere are very few places that I enjoy so much and where I felt so welcomed ! Activ8 is a gem with a great family spirit, loads of kindness and patience and strong sense of discipline (hey, you gotta work too!). The trainers are brilliant and will share the best tips so you can see the progresses, members are open-minded and always happy to help. They do adults and kids classes and welcome beginners. Definitely a place to stay more than for one bounce or two...!!!â
