“What a great and awesome time we had! I honestly did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. I particularly enjoyed the Lasers game and Hide. My children enjoyed the basketball game and is a favourite for those who are good at shooting hoops. My least favourite game was Scan as it’s just mind boggling. It was heart-warming to see such a young, diverse and vibrant team especially with black people who represent the make-up of the local area. Everyone had a smile on their face and they were willing to help and provide lots of information. There was always a staff nearby ready to assist. Customer Service is so important to my family and so it was only natural to make an additional booking once our session was done. A big thank you to the lovely team from Saturday 24th January and to the manager Tom who reassured me that our e-tickets would arrive. I’ve forgotten the names of all the staff unfortunately except Ferdina’s but everyone was amazing. We’re looking forward to coming back again!”

“We had such a great time at Activate Vauxhall today! It was just the three of us, and from the moment we arrived the staff made the whole experience really enjoyable. A huge thank you to Kenny, Joyce, and Fadiha — they were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to properly explain how the games worked and made sure we understood everything before starting. Some of the levels were pretty challenging, but they were always there to help us out and give tips. What really made the experience stand out was that they even jumped in and played with us to help us beat a few levels, which made it so much more fun and interactive. We ended up having such a good time that we took advantage of the extra time offer so we could keep playing! The whole atmosphere was great and the team genuinely made the experience memorable. Highly recommend visiting if you're looking for something fun and different to do with friends. We'll definitely be back!”
