1 / 2Vauxhall City Farm
π London, Greater London
Urban farm in Vauxhall with alpacas, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, chickens, and guinea pigs across 1.5 acres. Free entry. Feed bags available for hands-on animal interaction. Old Dairy cafe and Meet and Greet animal experiences bookable.
We had the best time at the winter light trail. It is a small trail but full of festive spirit and lots to look at, so we spent a good amount of time there. Nanaβs Nightcap in the bar is so special and was a really lovely thing to do. We plan on spending the whole evening there next year. Overall a really brilliant event and gave us such a nostalgic feeling. Exactly what we had hoped for and definitely would recommend. We spent a long time taking photos around the trail and everything turned out really perfect. We visited last night (Saturday) and it was nicely busy but not over crammed. The staff were also lovely and welcoming. Entry fee is great value. Would 100% recommend this light trail and we will be back next year.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and primary-age children who want a genuine farm encounter in London. The Meet and Greet package is worth booking for families who want more than a walk-through β you get dedicated time with animals and feed included. Staff and volunteers are consistently warm and informative.

βAn absolute joy to be here today. Been to many a sanctuary but never one in the middle of a city. Obviously won't be the largest thing you'll ever be to but the amount of aww-ness is off the scale - pigs, llamas, sheep, goats, chickens, guinea pigs, chickens, rabbits...anything else I can't think off-hand. The staff seem very kind and the cafe was an absolute beauty, wish I had the time to just sit there and read my book and watch the ducks play about. Will most definitely go back again.β

βLovely farm. Recommend the Meet and Greet package as you can spend a bit of quality time with the animal of your choice. They also give you some feed for the many sheep and goats and alpacas. Animals are super friendly and the staff is really nice. 10/10β

βI really enjoyed going to Vauxhall City Farm. There were small bags of sheep food costing Β£1 each where you could feed the alpacas or sheep. It seems like a good place for dates or little children.β
