I had an absolute ball at this place .. I am 51 and was with my 12 year old niece! Climbing and Jumping! Super fun! The slide was ace too!

Best for families with children aged 5 and up who want variety beyond basic trampolining β the slide, climbing wall, and dodgeball arena each draw different age groups. Adults can jump freely alongside children.

βSpecial thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. My children had a great time, thanks to the high-quality, safe facilities, a well-maintained air-conditioned environment, and a peaceful atmosphere.β

β2hrs of great fun. Lots to do, the slide, basketball and dodge arena being hot spots. Have done clip and climb too and loved it! Went on a Sunday but didnβt feel at all crowded. Helpful staff and clean toilets. Also free lockers to put your belongings.β

βOur visit to AirHop was unfortunately very chaotic and lacked any real organisation. As first-time visitors, we were given no guidance on where to go or what to do, we basically had to guess everything ourselves. The parking situation was particularly frustrating. There was nobody at the entrance to inform drivers that the car park was full, and no information about alternative parking options. It created a lot of unnecessary stress before we had even entered the venue. Overall the place felt very unorganised. However, I will say the facilities themselves for the kids were great and they really enjoyed the activities once they were inside. The restaurant design also needs improvement. You canβt see the AirHop arena from most seating areas, and there isnβt enough viewing space. Installing screens or TVs around the restaurant so parents can watch their children would make a huge difference. In summary: great activities for children, but very poor organisation and planning which took away from the experience.β

Overview
AirHop Chelmsford runs interconnected zones across a large air-conditioned facility β main trampolines, a high-speed slide, basketball slam zone, dodgeball arena, and a clip-and-climb wall. Free lockers are provided. The on-site cafe has seating and sparse sightlines into the jump zones. Birthday packages available. Parking is free and the car park is small; overflow requires street parking nearby.
