“If I were to rate this place purely as a venue, I'd honestly give it a four — it's absolutely amazing. However, one member of staff, Owen, completely changed that rating and made it a five without question. If I could give higher than a five, I absolutely would, all because of him. From the moment we arrived, Owen went above and beyond. He made sure everyone understood the rules clearly and calmly, without ever needing to shout or make anyone feel uncomfortable. He even took extra time to go over the rules again with my sister and cousin, as they are quite young, which I really appreciated. It showed how much he genuinely cared about everyone having a safe and enjoyable experience. What really stood out was how personal and kind he was. He came over to our group and personally asked if we wanted to play laser tag — and then actually joined in himself! That alone made the experience so much more fun and memorable. At one point, when my cousin and sister were playing and I was on my own, Owen noticed and came over to talk to me. We had a proper conversation about darts, sports, and other things. He didn't have to do that at all, but he chose to anyway, and that meant more than he probably realises. It made me feel included and genuinely welcome. Owen wasn't just doing his job - he was being a genuinely kind, friendly, and thoughtful person. Because of him, this visit became something really special, and I will 100% be coming back again. “🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Stress-Free, High-Flying Birthday Bash! We recently held our child's 6th birthday party at Airhop Wrexham, and honestly, I cannot recommend it highly enough! What could have easily descended into chaos with ten excited children running rampant turned out to be the smoothest, most enjoyable party we've ever hosted. A huge part of the success was down to our incredible party host, Tom. He was an absolute gentleman, super helpful, polite, incredibly friendly, and thoroughly professional. Tom managed the entire event flawlessly, allowing us, the parents, to actually relax and enjoy the fun! The entire staff team deserves recognition. Every single person we interacted with was so kind and accommodating. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there, greeting us with big smiles and making the atmosphere infectious. As for the kids, the party of ten had the absolute best time! They bounced, flipped, and played, having an enormous amount of fun from start to finish. “LOVE. Great staff. Easy to do lockers without having to carry coins. Carers free which was fantastic to take our young person. Soooo interactive, best place I’ve been, usually get bored at trampoline but wasn’t possible here”

“Always clean and tidy, with plenty of staff supervising the trampolines. The team are helpful and attentive, which is reassuring. One downside is the café — the staff don’t always seem very happy in their roles and can come across a bit miserable. Also, the venue can feel quite cold; it’s often warmer outside than inside, so turning the heating on, even just in the seating area, would make a big difference.”
