We had a great experience when visiting recently. Staff were friendly and understanding of my son who had autism and went out of their way to make our day run smoothly. As a mum who is always anxious visiting places like this, this was much appreciated. Wait times for rides were minimal and were greatly enjoyed by all. We’ve rebooked to come again later in the year 😀

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged 3–10, particularly those with autism or additional needs — staff are regularly cited for going well beyond standard support. Term-time visits offer shorter queues and noticeably more space. Parking is free and on-site, and peak periods can mean a wait to find a spot.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book in advance — capacity is managed and busy periods fill quickly
Term-time weekdays offer the most relaxed experience with shorter queues
🎟️Arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking slot during peak periods to secure parking
🚗Notify staff in advance about autism or additional needs — the team has strong form for proactive support

Absolutely fantastic experience! We went during term time so the place was relatively quiet. The outside wasn't open but there was plenty to do inside. Our 3 year old had a great time, as did us adults. Place looked clean and well kept and would definitely go again.

Was quite anxious as my 7 and 10 yo went off in different direction. Staff friendly and had the use of AI life guarding, continually scanning swimmers and those in trouble. Rides where great, queues manageable, pools warm , food was a bit pricey. Parking free.
