1 / 2Belle Vue Leisure Centre
đ Manchester, North West
Sports village with gym, multi-sport halls, basketball hall, performance hall, and stadium pitch. Accessible facilities include lifts, disabled parking, and adapted changing rooms. Free parking across 450+ spaces.
A great venue to watch Manchester Thunder Netball! Always an amazing atmosphere and easy to park; either in paid car parks or nearby street parking.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with older children who play badminton, netball, or football regularly. Courts are well-kept and parking is genuinely easy. Arrive precisely on your booked start time â the facility clocks run a few minutes slow and previous groups sometimes overrun without staff intervention.

âI come here to play badminton occasionally so my review is centred on the associated facilities. The courts are good, floors are not slippery unlike some other places I've been to and the markings are clear; basically it's well maintained. The hall lights are okay.. it can still cause glare and I lose track of the shuttlecock. Toilets and changing rooms are spacious and clean.â

âPerfect if they could clean and polish often for their main event stadium. Probably top condition in Manchester already however it lacks comparisons with those even public facilities outside the country.â

âI only go there to play Badminton. Courts are nice. Ventilation is good. Parking is free. Only have one negative, They always keep the clock few minutes behind. Which cause trouble. For example, i booked court from 8pm till 10pm and when its 8 oclock in my phone but some previous players will carry on playing till the 8 O'clock in the the hall clock. So i loose few minutes here of my booking. And when its not even 10pm in the hall click, the belle Vue staff come and ask us to stop the game. He says check your phones it's 10pm. We asked him to sort out the clock time but he says it's not my problem.â
