Excellent playground with large slides, frames, play houses, seesaw, multiple swings and other attractions. All on wood chip flooring and beautiful surroundings. Does require entry to botanical gardens (paid) to get in. Playground short walk to bottom of hill.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families willing to pay for a high-quality, dog-free playground in genuinely beautiful surroundings. The equipment standard and garden setting justify the entry cost for families who value the environment as much as the play structures. Budget-conscious families should factor in garden entry, parking, and cafe costs before visiting.

â„šī¸ What to Know Before You Go

💡The playground is a short walk downhill from the main entrance — factor this in with a pram or pushchair
⏰Check the website for special events, markets, and the Lumina light show dates
đŸŽŸī¸Consider a membership if planning more than one visit across the year
🚗Bring a picnic to avoid the busy restaurant queue, especially in warmer months

“Expensive to get in, plants and shrubs not great this time of year. Great to go someplace that is dog free, no dog faeces everywhere. Especially when taking young babies/toddlers children. Best to check their website for the dates when the market and event are on. I would go again with the family.”
