Bounce is a great place to come and exercise. If you’ve never exercised before or you don’t like the gym this is the place to start your journey. It’s fun and energetic, child friendly you won’t be disappointed. Eva is the instructor and she’s amazing! She will put you at ease. There’s Ketan her husband that runs a boot camp session as well, which I haven’t tried yet. I love coming to bounce over the past few months I’ve really thrown myself into it, my favourite classes are beats which is amazing with carnival style music and beating the weighted drum sticks taking all the stresses of the day out onto the trampoline 🥵then followed by barbells which has really helped me build my strength with the weights. Last week I managed 5 classes and felt amazing by the end of the week. Trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed, whatever your ability is when it comes to exercise. Give it a go! You’ll amaze yourself and have so much fun, also meet so many amazing people.❤️❤️

Absolutely love the ((BOUNCE)) classes with Eva and Ketan. I was looking for something to do to get fitter, in a friendly and non-competitive atmosphere, and I'm so happy I discovered this. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and even though you work hard and sweat a lot, the classes are a lot of fun. The music playlists are great too and motivate you to work harder. Ketan runs the Monday classes which are like HIIT circuits on the mini-trampoline (quite intense but a great workout), and Eva runs all the others, and is always so full of energy.. It's infectious! Each class is different so I would try out a few to see what you enjoy, my favourites are Beats for a high-energy cardio workout, and Barbells for toning💪🏽 You can always go at your own pace though, and nobody cares what you look like, or how you are 'bouncing', it's very non-judgemental and friendly. If you are deciding whether to try it out, please do and hopefully you will see just how great it is.

This is perfect if you're looking for a fun but challenging workout - something different from routine exercises. Plus your inner child will love bouncing on a trampoline. I've only tried the Blast classes (cardio) but there are others if your schedule allows. Eva goes through some of the basics and some tips prior to your first session and she gives really clear cues during each session. She also reminds you of the alternatives throughout so that you can adapt your workout. It can be intimidating walking into a room full of strangers to do something you've not done before, but everyone is very kind and helpful. They'll welcome you from your first session, encourage you and give you tips, helping you feel less self conscious. It's nice to be in a space where everyone is repectful of individual fitness journeys. I can't praise the class culture enough and that's down to Eva.

I’ve been attending ((Bounce)) South Harrow for over a year now. The instructors Eva and Ketan are fantastic. They make every class enjoyable. They have a range of classes focusing on toning, strength, belly, cadio and lots more to give you the full body workout. The classes are child friendly which is great for busy parents! Everyone is really supportive & friendly. I would highly recommend giving Bounce a try!
