1 / 2Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience in Manchester
π Manchester, North West
Indoor immersive experience in Manchester featuring colourful bubble environments, interactive light displays, a ball pool, and sensory play zones. Toddler and baby-friendly with pram access and birthday party packages.
Absolutely awesome! We visited Bubble Planet during a midweek getaway to Manchester, and as two adults in our 30s, we honestly had the best time β far better than we expected! Weβd assumed it might be more geared towards children, but we were so wrong. We queued for no more than 10 minutes, and the security and door staff were friendly and good-humoured from the start. The whole experience was completely worth the money β fairly priced and incredibly well maintained. It was SO clean (even the floor in the giant ball pit!), and the staff throughout were welcoming, happy, and enthusiastic. Just when we thought weβd reached the end and were moving into the final room, there were even more spaces and surprises to discover. It just kept going! The location itself is really interesting too β we donβt have units like this down south. You do have to pay extra for the VR experience, but it was absolutely worth it. Iβd never tried VR before and definitely wasnβt expecting the bubble seats to move β such a fun surprise! We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning with the kids next time. Thank you, Bubble Planet! β€οΈπ«§
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with babies and toddlers under 4 who respond strongly to light, colour, and sensory stimulation. Adults in their 20s and 30s consistently report enjoying it more than expected. The experience skews toward photo opportunities rather than active play, so pair it with another activity if you have energetic older children.

βFive adults visited here with my 2 grandchildren. The two years old absolutely loved it. His sister who is only 4 months old was thrilled with the lights and different colour balloons. The staff were very friendly as were the door staff. I lost my bag while I was there and staff were very helpful and searching all the activitiety rooms helping me look for it. The chap who was helping radioed reception and thankfully it was there. Thanks again to all staff.β
