1 / 3Dulwich College Sports Club
đ London, Greater London
Community sports club with a 25-metre six-lane UV-purified swimming pool, fitness suite, sports hall, tennis, squash, and synthetic pitches. Swimming lessons, holiday camps, and birthday parties available for families.
Very good open air footballs ground, I was very happy with the setup, so overall was a very good experience. I will use it again in the near future.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families whose primary focus is pool access and children's sports programmes rather than gym use. The pool is the standout facility and consistently well-reviewed. Parking on site makes logistics straightforward for families driving in.

âPros: squash, tennis, athletics, and swimming pool all great to use considering London location. Grounds set with a backdrop of greenery. Lifeguards nice. Household membership is useful. Cons: gym is small and crowded. Lacks some essential kit like a proper cables machine. Staff mixed - some are frustratingly high and mighty and could be more pragmatic. The gym unfortunately does have quite a patriarchal culture; middle aged men get changed or work out topless - even with staff about!â

âDecent facilities (great swimming pool) and courteous staff. However, many improvements are still needed, specially in the female changing room, where showers and toilets are often dirty. Also, showers could have trays where to place shampoo or shower gels, as well as hooks for towels. Using the swimming pool few times per week, having a spin for wet swim suits and hairdryers would help a lot.â
