“I really enjoy this gym I could easily spend hours here without feeling stressed about crowds or access to machines. The atmosphere is very comfortable and makes training enjoyable. The only issue I have noticed is that the women’s showers and bathrooms require much more supervision and regular cleaning, as they often appear quite dirty whenever I try to use them. The lockers also tend to be very dusty. These are small details, but hygiene is an important aspect of the overall experience and could be improved. Aside from this, everything else is very good, and I am happy with the gym overall.”

“Great place for ice skating. I took my kids here many times and they had a great time. The rink is the only Olympic sized ice rink in London, for the hockey’s lovers this is the place to watch some games, asked the venue reception for details and schedule. Seatings available, when you book you have the option of hire the ice skates or you can bring your own. Parking available and coffee shop available. Highly recommended as a family activities.”

“This review is about the ice rink only as I haven't used any other parts of the Leisure Centre. I didn't like the fact that there was no soap in the men's toilet. But I'm still giving the ice rink 5* cos it's affordable, it's big, and the people who work there are kind. I stepped on an ice rink this week for the first time in 20 or 25 years (? - I don't remember to be honest) and now I wanna go back as soon as possible.”

“Slow customer service I gave this review 4 weeks ago and was told to contact them direct (couldn't they just act on the feedback here?). So I sent an email which was acknowledged and they said the manager would get in touch. Nothing since! Decent gym, friendly staff. Many men's lockers have been broken for some time now and need attention. The temperature in the cardio area of the gym is frequently too high to be comfortable for exercise - needs fixing”
