IGNORE MOST REVIEWS!!!! Many people are complaining about a variety of things in which (as a frequent customer) seems absolutely silly to me!! Socks is a big one. However I frequently book online and I always see how obvious they display their policy. It’s the same at any other trampoline park I’ve visited too. It’s on the safety video as well as I always have to tick a box to understand that you need flipout socks only so I really don’t understand what the issue is. Whether I am more understanding because my son has previously worked at a kids soft play when we lived down south is up for question but none of these policies seem silly to me? My experience has always been amazing. Staff are so friendly especially those on reception and o can clearly see how much they are doing. So it is upsetting to see how many staff are being screamed at in front of other customers. Once I was waiting in the queue and saw this horrible man screaming in this young woman’s face screaming profanity in front of children!! It’s shameful and rude. I’ve seen these staff experience all sorts of abuse from customers over policies I infact was made very aware of before even entering the building. So when there are reviews about staff attitude no wonder! I’d be miserable too!! Thankyou to all the staff that have made my experience so welcoming and my children and grandchild always have such fun here!

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with school-age children who want a variety of jump and obstacle activities in one session. The toddler zone makes it workable for younger siblings. Dress the whole family in warm layers for winter visits as heating has been inconsistent. Factor in the mandatory sock cost and locker fee when planning your budget.

The food in the Cafe was good the kids Enjoyed it Except the Drinks were freezing COLD 🥶.... AS the place was so cold the kids took 1hour to WARM UP... PLEASE PUT YOUR HEATING ON.... The Music was so loud we cudnt hear the STAFF on the Tanoys.... The girl who was at Reception was great can't fault her when she attended us.. The footfall of this place is VERY VERY COLD For the price you PAY.. The owners should have the Heating on ...

Complete waste of Saturday afternoon and absolutely appalled by this place. So many good and better places locally. Just an utter joke. There isn’t a member of staff above 18. No life skills or experience to offer any level of service. I paid in hindsight what was an absolute rip off. My session was for 2 hours from 2:00pm and we didn’t pass reception until 2:30. After which an another 15 minutes queuing for a locker (these where a joke) was charged £4 for something that you’d expect be standard. Then when we finally entered, most of the activitivies are either an additional charge or aren’t age appropriate. After half an hour of being in there, I was told to go to reception by a 15 year old to buy their own branded socks for £5 a peace or had to leave as apparently only their brand keep you safe and void the warranty lol Despite being the exact same grip ha ha. All in all spent £60 for half an hour in the place which was basic but worst than that to finance a joke of a business which has no standards or service. I’ll never step into this place again or any other companies affiliated. As I said earlier so many better alternatives locally.

Extremely poor conditions with signs everywhere to make extra money. First of all there are building works going on, we were greeted by a dumper truck coming out of the entrance filled with concrete. Watch out for the wire hanging from the wall near the door. Very safe ! Despite us having trampoline socks - my daughter and her friend were told to get off the trampolines and buy ‘Flip Out socks’. I asked why and got told it’s for health and safety and insurance purposes ?!?!?! This took 10 minutes of their jumping time. We took a bottle of water and got told we couldn’t drink this as you can only drink or eat food purchased from Flip Out. Help working families out !!! Lastly, my daughter was told she couldn’t go in her favourite section of Jump Works as she’s too tall, she’s 11 years old and 5 foot. So it was cornered off.
