“After the most awful customer service experience on the phone lines in the national centre. My entire views were changed, when I reached out to Katya Olenina in regards to my son celebrating his birthday here yesterday. She went above and beyond to make sure all the children’s experience was amazing, what I most enjoyed was this is the 2nd year we’ve attended on his birthday mid week and the place is empty…. 2 hours of jumping and playing all basically to themselves. They enjoyed every moment and where screaming when can we come back THEY LOVED IT. She is the go to person to reach out to you for any needs and this place has more to do than most of the other indoor play parks. We will be happy attending again on an after school club adventure and suggest you all check it out if you haven’t been. Some of the parents were ecstatic as I released them to a hidden gem they never knew existed. Thank you Katya and team for making Romes 6th birthday so special 👍🏾”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars – absolutely brilliant! We went to Flip Out Croydon on Tuesday after school for my nephew’s birthday, with eight children in total, and every single one of them absolutely loved it (as did the adults). There is so much to do – trampolining, laser quest, football, bikes, soft play, climbing-style activities and inflatables – so the kids were never bored for a second. It’s a great mix and suits different ages and interests really well. The manager, Katya, was absolutely fantastic – genuinely lovely and bent over backwards to help with everything she could. It really made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. For £13.50 for two hours of jumping/activities after school, it’s an absolute bargain and such a brilliant idea. The kids had the best time, and the adults loved it too. My son has already said he wants his birthday there, and several of the other children said the same! Highly recommend - we’ll definitely be going back!”

Priya was our host today for my son’s birthday party and she truly looked after us. She went above and beyond to make everything easy and smooth from the moment we arrived. She was very friendly and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. We all left feeling very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Priya as a host to anyone thinking of having their child’s birthday party there. All the staff were wonderful and their customer service was amazing.”
