“It’s taken me time to put my review together. I saw Si5 spy mission online and thought it would be a good idea for my daughter turning 8yrs then. After making my booking and making the payment, I later saw some negative reviews, I had to got a day before the party to check out the place. Fortunately not to ruin my surprise, it was closed as it wasn’t a weekend. So on the day of the party, some of her friends arrived earlier and they were welcomed in really well. At our arrival, we did some registration of all the kids and the staff were very friendly. I had carried some decorations for the tables as per the reviews but all wasn’t even necessary. The tables were already set, clean and with the birthday girls name tag. There was much space for over 11kids. Some coffee for us the adults for our chitchat as the kids went for their spy mission. So in general: Customer service was 😊 great 👍 The kids enjoyed the adventure and t most of them found it interesting 🧐 The hygiene was on point 👌can’t complain. The food was fresh and every child made their order , it came on time and they make sure different parties 🎉 enter at different intervals which helps to minimise the noise in the Dinning area. The staff were so friendly. The coffee was very good 👍 I had a couple of those. The also gave us a parking pass waiver , but it didn’t seem to work or we might have entered it the wrong way. It’s located within the shops so it was east for us to get more drinks for the kids and balloons 🎈. I am glad I sat down to do this review because we really received a good service. “We went to spy missions croydon for my daughters party first time we'd been there, i didn't really know what to expect but its well organised, staff know what they're doing when you arrive and parents can sit in the cafe whilst the children are on the missions or you can join the children. We had 20 children ranging from 7-14 and every single one of them said they loved it and my daughter has even said she wants to go there again next year. There was two little confusions on the day of the party, one was sorted on the day within minutes and the other was resolved by Jeni shortly after - we also booked the party through Jeni who is an extremely helpful person x”

“We had a fantastic experience at Spy Mission Croydon for our 8 year old's birthday party. Our guide was fantastic- motivating, fun, understanding and reading the room really well at all times to ensure that more nervous kids had a safe experience while the others still felt challenged enough. not an easy balance to pull off, and she pulled it off with aplomb! It was a fun, challenging and team building experience for all the kids. Even the more nervous ones were treated so well they were back in the game in no time. Many of the kids described the experience as 'Epic' at the end. I would definitely recommend!”
