“We had a great experience here for my daughter's birthday, it was definitely the correct choice. All the staff were patient and kind especially Subeeda, Saad, Omar also Karen and Elaine. All interactive, a young team and good professionalism observed by them. A great day out especially in wet weather as fully indoors. The children were not bored and went on all activities, however the VR experience is extra £5/child and they did ask to keep having a go.This does add to any costs for a group . My only little niggle is the coffee in the cafe tastes like power/chemicals and it was undrinkable. As kids don't drink coffee it will only affect the parents!”
