“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Party Team – Kayla, Renae & Aukse Were Incredible! We recently celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday at Airthrill, and I honestly cannot praise the team highly enough — especially Kayla, Renae, and Aukse. Kayla and Renae were phenomenal party hosts from start to finish. They were energetic, organised, friendly, and completely in control, making sure every single child felt included, excited, and safe — all while keeping the fun level sky-high. Their enthusiasm was infectious and the kids absolutely loved them. They ran the party seamlessly, keeping everything on schedule, managing the group effortlessly, and doing it all with huge smiles and endless patience. As a parent, it was such a relief to be able to relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was handled so professionally. A special mention must go to Aukse, who was clearly more senior and absolutely brilliant with coordination. She attended to every query quickly and calmly, was incredibly approachable, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Dealing with her was an absolute pleasure and she really tied everything together behind the scenes. Our daughter had the best birthday ever and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. Airthrill is extremely lucky to have such an outstanding team — they are a real credit to the venue. If you’re thinking of booking a party, you honestly couldn’t ask for better. “Had my daughter's birthday party here on Saturday. Her and her friends had so much fun they didn't want to leave. The staff were nice and helpful. We had our own private room which was nice, bright and clean. Would definitely recommend to others. I think the price of holding a party there is great value for money.”

“This place is smal andl nothing like the photos u see on google very deceiving everything you read online about the place is not correct either on there website, they also charge you for spectator however won't allow you to go spectate your child. They won't let you in the playing part and whats worst is that you cant even see your child playing at all , so in order to even check on ur child or see them u must buy a ticket (jump)your self to enter the place , not worth the price iv been to better place thats bigger,cheaper and playing time is longer. Your better of at inflatanation then to come here at all. They don't clean tables or the toilets so your there with rubbish on tables and spilled slushes from previous session. The hygiene level at that place is nasty ! Filthy my partner thought the socks were used before and washed as they were not covered in plastic to show the socks are brand new. Nothing on website states you cant enter with your child even with spectators wristband which iv never heard of before or been a place were they wont even allow adults to see there kids play but then again. staffs are not bad friendly smiley however wont be watching your kids as much either as they are chatting away to each other and not even looking at the kids whilst speaking. This place gave me the biggest anxiety lol 1hr 10mins of play my daughter and her friend enjoyed like 20 minutes before they got bored as the place doesnt have much and isnt big at all. I came from Surrey took me 1hr30 minutes to get here thinking this place is awesome and crazy fun to just be disappointed and decieved would i come here again no not really. It was an experience that il never repeat again.”

“I’ve been to Air thrill multiple times but it is very overrated which I can tell you by experience of going their multiple times for birthday parties and for an activity to do when me and my family are bored during the at halftime the slushies are amazing but the downside is the play area is quite small and when you go there multiple times it just feels like the same thing every time. There’s no fun activities to do you other than jump or go upstairs and do smaller activities but the staff are amazing but the hygiene of the place is not as good from my experiences I would rate it a 7 out of 10 since we do have a younger ones in our family so it is a nice thing for them to do since they don’t really get tired from running around but the whole experience is alright. The birthday special where you can get a private room is not good and I suggest you just buy a regular kit. You can get pizza or ice cream with the meal for the birthday package but the pizza isn’t nice and it’s very small and the ice cream isn’t really the best. but at least there’s a McDonald’s out front 🤣”
