1 / 2Oxygen at The O2
📍 London, Greater London
Large trampoline park at The O2 with interconnected trampolines, ninja course, giant airbag, foam pit, dodgeball court, and reaction walls. Dedicated toddler soft play for ages 0–5. Toddler sessions run separately.
We had such a fantastic time at Oxygen O2 celebrating our daughter’s 10th birthday! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The team members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and really special for her big day. The kids had so much fun — there was plenty for them to do, and they were entertained the entire time. Seeing our daughter and her friends laughing, jumping, and enjoying every minute was the best part. The most important thing for us was that the kids were happy — and they truly were! The food was also very good, with a nice selection and everything fresh and tasty. The music created a fun, energetic atmosphere that made the party feel even more exciting. Overall, it was a brilliant birthday celebration with great service, great food, great music, and very happy kids. We’ll definitely be coming back!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for children aged 5 and above who want a high-energy session across multiple trampoline zones. The dedicated toddler sessions and peaceful play option suit younger and sensory-sensitive children when properly staffed. Birthday parties receive strong feedback when hosting staff are engaged.

“This place is a popular trampoline park. I praise the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the safe and family-friendly environment. However, I have noted issues such as a messy café area and strict supervision policies requiring full ticket purchase. Overall, it is regarded as a fun and active destination suitable for families and children.”

“We really enjoyed our visit, and overall it was a good experience. The place was clean, and the value for money was decent. However, it would have been great if the staff had stepped in when some older kids were running around and causing a bit of chaos. A little more attention during busy times could make it even better. I’ll definitely return for another round!”

“Chaos. Badly staffed, disorganised chaos. Let's start with the mandatory safety briefing. Which according to their own rules as pictured on misspelled sign, you can't participate without. Kids and others were sat waiting for 15 minutes in the briefing room. Eventually we went to desk and were told that they had no staff to do safety briefings so they just don't do them. Hot and overcrowded. Add in a incoherent wally on a microphone constantly yammering about whatever he was on about; it was indecipherable. Staff tend to just stand about, letting kids do whatever they want, like kicking the footballs at those on high ropes course. Saving grace is a reasonable high ropes course, but again no instructions on what to do. Not a pleasant experience, much better jump style experiences elsewhere.”
