“Booked a party and what a shock. 1. No kids watched a safety video they were just sent through. 2. The party room floor not cleaned and windows filthy. 3. The entire place was filthy and the toilets were so bad I walked in and straight back out. Pictures show toilets. Food rating on door showing 5 starts but it’s 4. Paid for a host and wasn’t much of one at all. Do not book or entertain this place. Much cleaner and nicer places.”

“We came here on a school holiday. We had pre booked. First we couldn't get in the car park 2 park. It was full. We had 2 park over the rd & cross a busy main rd. There was way to many kids. Definitely over capacity. No were for parents to sit. The kids had tickets for the bumper cars. But spend half there time queuing for it. I fully appreciate its extra busy in the holidays. But that was ridiculous. We wont be returning in a hurry.”
