Really love the staff here. They are informative very helpful and hard working. I didn't get this one man's name. But he went round making sure that everywhere was clean and tidy. His due diligence was 2nd to none. In all my time in going to these places. So much so I just had to go to him and shake his hand. Top notch keep it up Guys.

“Great place for kids. Adults are also allowed in the area when bought their ticket. Usually with the children. Not sure if they can go without the kids. There are open shelving for shoes and locked lockers to put your belongings when jumping. Some tables to have a food ordri k whilst waiting. Caffè is a little let down as very limited options. Pizzas only plain, no oat milk available for coffee.”

“Kids aged 12, 11 and 8 loved it. Great fun. Cafe serves nice latte and pizza's look tasty. They could do with more tables and chairs though when its busy”

“The soft play area itself - the inflatable section - is great! Some patches here and there when there have been punctures but otherwise good. The onsight cafe/restaurant isn't very good, a very limited menu and no clear prices, you have to almost ask if they have anything, it turned in to a yes or no deal”
