1 / 3Frankie + Lola's Liverpool
📍 Hunt's Cross, Merseyside
Indoor play centre with soft play frames, age-specific baby and toddler zones, and dedicated party areas for exclusive hire. Membership and cafe on site. Ages 0+.
I booked my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here after visiting for the first time after Christmas. From start to finish the staff were all really helpful and accommodating. When we arrived the area was set up beautifully so I had no need to do anything! The children (aged 1-5) all had a wonderful time, the centre is perfectly set up to cater for older and younger children and safe for them all to play without worrying. The food was great too. As children’s parties go, this was pretty stress free and excellent value for money. Thank you to you all, my daughter’s first ever non covid birthday was a great success.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for private birthday party bookings where dedicated staff focus on the event. For casual open sessions — particularly with children under 18 months — the age zones are not reliably supervised, creating a safety concern during busy periods. Families with babies should verify current supervision standards before booking a general session.

“Was excited to try but let down. Was however cheap to enter but very dirty / loud and uncomfortable. The tunnel in the toddler part smelt of sick underneath the soft play furniture was dust and hair and dirt. My little boy kept finding dirty plasters, clumps of hair and hair bobbles in the soft play. It was SO loud I would probably say there was too many children in at one time. Even a third off that would still be a lot. So was quite uncomfortable noise levels. We go to soft plays across Liverpool and nerve had to mention sound Restaurant seating area was dirty with food all over the floor and tables and high chairs were dirty and needed a wipe. Never saw staff come round in the 2 hours I was there but probably no fault of their own as looked run off their feed Would I return? Probably not. Would I recommend? Maybe for someone to come during the week certainly not on a weekend!”

“The worst soft play we've ever visited. If I could give 0 stars I would. As others have mentioned staff do not monitor the age limit zones making this extremely dangerous for young children and toddlers. My son who is 8 months old was sat playing quietly with my husband in the baby zone (for 0-18 months) when another child aged approximately 4-5 years ran in and slapped my son hard on the face. My son was distraught, inconsolable, and completely overwhelmed by the situation. We then noticed at least another 4 children much older than the age limited entering the baby zone screaming, jumping and throwing themselves around which again is very dangerous for small children. Although parents should be monitoring their children at all times, staff must police age limit zones to enforce this to ensure it is safe. On speaking to a staff member to address to what had happened, they didn't provide any solution, which was quite concerning. We left within 15 minutes of arriving and would never return! The venue was too full and understaffed. Stay clear!”

“Despite the very clear (and signposted) age appropriate sections, staff do not enforce this, meaning if you've taken a child under 18 months, their section will likely be overrun by feral 4 year olds. Waste of money as we couldn't let our baby play and risk her being trodden on. Told one child that he shouldn't be in the baby area and he punched me in the chest. Great vibes.”
