Fantastic place to bring young children and actually enjoy a hot drink! Our 2 year old loves Fratellos, we come here often (usually at least 2 or 3 times a month) and our son has free reign to enjoy the soft play in a very safe environment while we can sit and relax and watch him while enjoying a hot drink and lovely food. We even brought him here on Boxing Day, New Years Day and his birthday! The veggie breakfast is very good! I like the fact there is only one entry / exit into the soft play itself and the fact it is rarely crowded due to the way the owners allocate tables etc.. it works really well. Highly recommend! Plenty of street parking outside too and a very useful co-op next door for any shopping too!

“We came here for breakfast and were honestly so impressed! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, well cooked, and great quality. What really made it stand out for us was the soft play area, which made it a perfect spot for families to relax while the kids had fun. The place is clean, bright, and very welcoming, and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience even better. We left feeling really pleased and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a great breakfast spot!”

“Lovely place here best soft play my daughter she loves this place and goes a lot with her mum. The food and drink is the best aswell My daughter is 3 .. I'd say this place is perfect for little ones . Best hot drinks here and staff are very friendly . I would recommend this soft play. My wife always books online but I believe they take walk ins aswell but it can get really busy especially during half term. They are really accommodating.”

“We had the best birthday party at the play café! My daughter and all the children had so much fun – they were entertained from start to finish. The staff was absolutely amazing and so helpful and went above and beyond to make the day special. We also regularly come here for play sessions and food, and everything is always fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for anything better — highly recommend!”
