As a family we have been coming here every Saturday for over three years, we go in the kids pool and have the most fun. The staff are welcoming and relaxed, Theo has always greets us with a smile and his customer service is excellent. I cannot recommend this leisure centre highly enough. It's reasonable priced, well run, welcoming and the kids so enjoy the swimming. Well done Better gym well done Theo for making a Saturday afternoon so enjoyable.

“This place has the best Basketball training courses for kids!!! We’ve been coming here since my boy was 4 and he is now 6, he’s improved so much all thanks to his favourite Coach T always does a wonderful job with the little ballers 🏀🏀🏀”

“Staff are friendly. Swimming pool is decent. Toilets and showers are kept to an acceptable standard for public use. The negatives are: no on site parking (but free parking for 2 hours across the road at Morrisons) and not many weight lifting equipment (but all the bases are covered).”

“I am writing to express significant concern regarding the cleanliness of the ladies' toilets at this centre. During my recent visit, I was deeply disappointed and surprised by the poor state of the facilities. The toilets were not maintained to an acceptable standard – surfaces appeared unwashed,and there were visible signs of neglect throughout the space. Basic hygiene requirements were not being met, which is particularly concerning for a public facility used by many visitors. I believe that maintaining clean and sanitary restrooms is a fundamental responsibility for any public centre, as it directly impacts the health, comfort and overall experience of patrons. I strongly urge the management to conduct an immediate review of cleaning protocols, increase inspection frequency, and ensure that adequate resources are allocated to maintain these essential facilities to a proper standard. I hope to see meaningful improvements in the near future and would be happy to revisit and update my feedback accordingly. Today is first day for our kids summing classes and so disapointed to look at this also i am not in the position to upload the photos 😔😟.”
