“The reception area is often busy, and I can understand that the staff may feel stressed due to the high number of people requesting information. I have visited on several occasions and, unfortunately, I have sometimes experienced less-than-friendly interactions from some of the staff. That said, I feel it is important to recognize and appreciate Mrs. Vicky at the reception. She has always been exceptionally friendly, professional, and approachable. I have never seen her stressed, impolite, or in a bad mood. Her positive attitude truly stands out and makes a big difference.”

“Fullwell Cross Leisure is conveniently located along busy bus routes and just a ten-minute walk from Fairlop Underground Station. The facility offers a variety of options, including a gym, spa, and pool. My experience has been exclusively with the spa service. While the decor is a bit dated and could benefit from some modernisation, the spa reception is very welcoming and provides excellent customer service. The changing rooms are also somewhat outdated and could use a clean. The spa itself is impressive, featuring a foot jacuzzi, sauna, aroma room, steam room, lounge area, and jacuzzi pool. The sauna maintains an ideal temperature and isn't stifling, unlike many other spas. The steam room heats up considerably but remains pleasant without an overpowering scent. Unfortunately, the aroma room was inaccessible during my visit. The foot jacuzzi is enjoyable, though the seating area can feel chilly. The pool jacuzzi is compact yet attracts many guests. Jet streams are provided for shoulder and back massages; however, they are situated close to the jacuzzi seating, so expect to be splashed if you sit nearby. The lounge area is welcoming, featuring heated loungers that are ideal for relaxation. Water stations help you rehydrate after the sauna and steam room, while a shower with multiple settings rejuvenates after the pool. Above all, the price is highly competitive for a two-hour session compared to many similar spas. Although the spa is compact and may become crowded during peak times, it delivers excellent value and is a great spot to unwind. With a few updates, it could be even more impressive, but as it is, it’s a hidden gem for relaxation.”

“I like it. But the the water on the hydropool was almost cold..last time. Also I am living far away once I spend 30£ on Uber come and go together and the hydropool was out of service. So I left.😪 also I had pay for the session I told them if I can use it another time. I didn't want to waste more money. They told me okay. They will put a message on my profile...also I send an email to confirm. When I go to reception they didn't let me in. Until I show to them the email with the manager. My god.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a treatment through Groupon which requires booking by phone, yet the phone at Fullwell Cross Spa is consistently unanswered. It has been almost impossible to book a simple appointment despite repeated attempts. I have raised this issue previously via email, including last year with the Assistant Manager, and nothing has improved. On more than one occasion, I have attended Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre in person and witnessed staff using phones while the main line continued to ring unanswered. As a paying customer, that is extremely frustrating. It is unreasonable to expect customers to purchase treatments or services when there is no reliable way to access or book them. This raises concerns about how many others have paid but are unable to redeem their vouchers. Very disappointing experience. This is being escalated reports will be given to Groupon. Redbridge council as they recive funding from the government. While the public pay in full.”
