📍 Ilford, Greater London
Inflatable water obstacle course on a lake at the London-Essex border for confident swimmers aged 6+. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids included. Wider park also has cycling, motorboats, zip lines, and an on-site cafe.
I recently visited this beautiful spot , and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had! The weather was perfect, and the lake was pleasantly warm, making for a comfortable and enjoyable time. We initially booked for one hour, but we had so much fun that my daughter and I decided to extend our stay for another hour—what a blast! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. It was great to see that there were enough staff members to monitor all areas and people , creating a safe environment for everyone. After our time at the lake, we appreciated having the option to shower, refreshing ourselves before heading out. Parking was reasonably priced at around £5.30 for the entire day, which was manageable and allowed us to enjoy a lovely dinner and a walk . The views here are simply stunning—perfect for capturing memorable moments! For families with small kids, there's a fantastic soft play area and a beautiful park nearby Overall, I can't recommend this activity enough! It’s a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing day by the water. Don't miss out on this incredible experience!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 8 and up who are confident swimmers and enjoy physical water challenges. The two-hour session is worth selecting over the one-hour option for families who want to do multiple activities without feeling rushed.

“The place was amazing! We came a bit earlier and the park was the perfect place to relax. There was boats, big buggies like bikes ,grass area, ducks, cafe, shop in cafe, sitting area, zip line and many more fun activities 😀... when it finally was the booking time we got into our splashing suit's and got our life jackets on.our group proceeded to the lake shore and jumped in to the water. Then,we swam about 20 meters to the inflateble. There was plenty of places to climb up.on it was many obstacles like slides ,climbing thingie maginies and many more jumping and running things.sadly, for unknown reasons for that period of time the bouncy cushion and the bigger slide was closed 😪.However, the fun continued! When it was time to leave if you booked for 1 hour you where told to get off. The staff where kind and helpful. price;Adult:£20.child:£10.[approx].(was worth it )”

“Came here for a 12:00 session on a Tuesday. It was the perfect amount of busy. We did t queue for anything. We opted for the 2 hour session, and very glad we did. We were very tired by the end, and ready to have some food, but had a great time. 2 hours is a good amount to do everything you want to, as many times as you want to. There are lots of other activities like cycling and motorboats to do afterwards or before.”

“Hi, Today on 27-07-2024 , we came at fairlop water park we first went to owl play centre which was so good and staff was so nice. After that at 17:00 we went to children water ( aqua action ) where there was just a little bit water. When we ask the staff they said we got problem and water is leaking thats why we dont have proper water here. You can clearly see the photos of leaking aswell. My child went to play in water but there was just a little dirty water. We ask reception for the refund but they simply refused saying it is what it is. Manager came he was nice and sensible he gave us free ticket for the next time but maybe his staff were manipulating him and after giving us ticket he said i should not give you free ticket for next time. Anyway my child went inside after 15 minutes they said session is over and you have to leave. Like We spent 12£ for 15 minutes for that dirty little water? It was ridiculous.”
