“Thanks to Jay and the team, our son had a fantastic 11th birthday party at Go Laser Tag London last weekend. Everything was so well organised, communication from the team was fantastic and even in snow and very cold temperatures, the kids had an absolute blast. Adults staying on site were kept well informed throughout the event and we were told where the children would be moving to and when, which activities they were doing etc so we could move with them and take photos as the session progressed. Amazingly, we didn't come across one grumpy member of staff, despite the biting cold! We'd happily book again and plan to bring our son and a few friends for a fun few hours out in the near future.”

Even the parents who joined in and the ones who watched on the side lines enjoyed themselves immensely! We had Megan and Jay looking after us and if it wasn't for them it would not have gone smoothly, they were super fun and very observant. Generally the whole staff were superb! Friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much for them. Definitely recommend and it's a win in my eyes.”

The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived in the car park through to all our interactions. They were friendly welcoming attentive and personable. The facilities were great and it was well organised and well run. Credit to the management and all the stuff. Our boys had a fantastic time and we will undoubtedly be returning.”
