27-bay floodlit driving range with Srixon balls and airlastic mats, targets at varying distances, plus a 9-hole pitch-and-putt ranging 60–105 yards. Club hire available on site.
Great range!!! Play the first 5 bays if you can and you still need to look down range. However if you just want a practice it's perrrfeccc. 1 more thing the par 3 is a great idea, but the greens need a lot of help... My friend said bring your wellies... I say bring your jungle putter 😂😂😂👍🏿🖤
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Solid choice for families who want driving range practice on a budget. Children and beginners get immediate value from the range bays. The pitch-and-putt course shows ongoing maintenance issues, so manage expectations for that element — especially after wet weather.

“Decent range! As a student the prices are great. Some of the mats are a bit worn and same goes for the balls sometimes. But, for the price you can't complain too much! Easy to get balls and get started, par 3 course is decent in the dryer months.”

“Machine to get golf balls out didn't work so had to pay in the shop. Hired golf clubs from the shop but would be nice if shop gave advise on which is best rather than just a pure guess. Toilet is a portable toilet outside and is dirty and disgusting cudnt even use it.”

“The range is nice and it does the job, but it have to agree with other reviews on the pitch and putt. The mats are all badly damaged, the greens are badly maintained normal grass and overall it is not nice. For £6 I would not recommend it. They clearly don't maintain it in anyway.”

Overview
Located 15 minutes from Birmingham city centre, Golfbug offers a 27-bay floodlit range with airlastic mats, Srixon balls, and distance markers for accuracy work. The 9-hole pitch-and-putt runs 60–105 yards. Club hire is available in the shop. Student discounts apply. Reviewers consistently flag the par-3 course for uneven greens and damaged tee boxes; the driving range earns better marks.
