Kids enjoyed themselves and had good fun. Smaller than the normal trampoline places. Good seating area and clean toilets. Also the cafe has some good stuff. Lighting could be better and they are a bit restrictive if you are not wearing socks trying to find your kids!

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Children enjoy the trampolines and toddler zones, and the Braehead location offers convenient parking and shopping nearby. Families should review booking terms carefully before arriving — additional charges for accompanying adults of under-5s have caught some visitors off guard. Cafe options are sparse for dairy-free dietary needs.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Read all booking terms before arrival — under-5s may require a paid supervising adult not flagged during checkout
Bounce socks are required — bring your own or purchase on site
🎟️SEN and home education sessions offer structured lower-capacity times — check the schedule
🚗The Braehead complex has extensive parking and other facilities for before or after your visit

Good fun for the kids. Cafe could be a bit more updated. Bland menu and coffee/tea have no dairy free options at all. Toilets could smell nicer. Overall its a good day out, just needs some tweaks.

We booked online. Then when we arrived, they told us we had to pay extra for my wife to trampoline because our four year old wasn't allowed on by herself. We pointed out that this was not disclosed when we were booking, and that we had given them all the relevant details they asked for. The manager said this clause was 'on the website' somewhere. I pointed out that if it's not in the form when you book, then that isn't relevant, but she refused to budge. It was a forty minute drive to get there and the kids were excited, so we had to just go along with it. It felt like entrapment. The manager seemed out of her depth. It obviously wasn't fair, but she exercised no common sense. Ironically, our four year old was only ten days away from her fifth birthday. Five year olds don't require adult supervision apparently, so we could've just lied about her age, but that would've been dishonest (like they are). A very bad experience. Hidden costs, and a staff incapable of resolving an unfair situation professionally. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This place feels like an accident waiting to happen. It is filthy, for a start. We attended for a birthday party and the process was to sign a liability waiver on the ground floor, have the kids remove their shoes and put on the special trampoline socks, and then send them upstairs via an escalator, barefoot. I genuinely cannot understand who thought that was acceptable or safe. The layout is also deeply flawed. Even if parents are watching from the café, there are large blind spots that are open to the public. Because the venue connects directly to the Xscape shopping mall, any adult can wander in and potentially interact with children without a parent knowing, unless you are shadowing your child the entire time. Kids could also easily just walk out. The place appears to be mostly run by underpaid, disengaged teenagers, which only adds to the concern. Overall, it feels poorly thought out and unsafe. I sincerely hope I am wrong, but it has all the elements of a tragedy waiting to happen.
