One of the machines got broken while we were using it with my family. However, Emoke helped by reassuring us that it will be fixed and shortly after she resolved the issue. This speedy and friendly customer service made our visit very pleasant. Will definitely visit soon.

“Staff are ok, good location to have this bowling alley, annoying most of the time the escalators going up don’t work so have to use the lift as I’m not walking up/down them. Other than that prices are ok for 1/2 games per person.”

“Excellent place to take the kids for a game of bowling. It's a very modern and fresh looking bowling alley. They also have arcade games and a large bar and the food is delicious also”

“We went to Hollywood bowl yesterday and the experience was okay. I wouldn’t go back. They were fully booked and booked us in and told us to come back after an hour. We went and played games and tried to win some teddy bears which was absolutely impossible. I feel they have rigged the machines so it’s impossible to win. After wasting money on the machines we went back to bowl and they still made us wait for half an hour which was annoying especially with kids. The game was fun but the place was super busy and unorganised. A lot of young people working there and they looked like they were out of their depth. Definitely won’t be going back. Also very expensive for one game over £30 which is ridiculous. The three stars are purely for the fact that the actual game itself was fun.”
