Well what can I say… if it wasn’t for Sam my head would’ve fallen off at my daughter’s party today. We completely got the time wrong (half an hour too early thanks to the hubby reading the email wrong!!!) so I had lots of cold parents wondering what was happening… no probs for Sam. A friendly hand on the shoulder “it’s going to be okay we’ll sort it” when I was nearly in tears from embarrassment, and the world was all okay again. She quickly found us a space to camp out until the previous party was finished (I felt awful and so guilty for this family, as I didn’t want them to feel rushed) but she made sure we didn’t impose and they continued. We booked the party with Sam last year in November and my daughter has spoke about it every week since. It HAD to be an imagination bay party, Sam has been there at every single one we’ve atteneded, even my nephews. Her and her lovely team made sure she had the most incredible day. “The best party ever!!!” Were my daughter’s actual words. Lots of compliments from parents who’d never been here before assuring they’d be back. What I love about the parties here is the food for the kids… it’s amazing, because they understand kids do actually like picky salad bits!! (Cucumber is a staple in our house). Sam went through with me anything I’d forgotten… it was sorted for me there and then. Slightly personal, but I have ADHD and I do not find doing things like this very easy at all. So having her and her team to support me today was detrimental to it being a success. Thank you… and thank you a million times over. I’m nearly crying just writing this!!! My daughter even gave her a hug at the end… she does not do this often. I had a good laugh with the gentleman behind the cafe, which again just brightened my spirits. The kids had an absolute ball. A party to remember. X

Staff are the standout — particularly for SEND families and birthday parties, where the team goes well above the standard. The sand and role play zones are genuine draws for under-5s. The venue is accessed via stairs only, so factor that in with pushchairs.

“Been here for a few kids parties now and then some stay and play sessions and the place is incredible. I normally find soft play places difficult to relax but the atmosphere here is different. Also I have one son who has autism and quite complex SEND needs and the staff always go above and beyond to be accommodating and making reasonable adjustments. I.e. Turning down music. Allowing us a quiet space if he becomes overwhelmed and changing facilities when required. To know he can be himself, without judgement really helps and to have access to a place both of my boys can be accommodated in the same space is very rare for me. I really enjoy coming here with my kids and they absolutely love every second here. Would highly recommend to any parents. Thank you 😊”
