Last week i came here with my friend and her 3 year old little sister. She had a lovely time and us adults were wore out completely after!! We went into the big kids area as before it was suitable for that sort of age of kids as long as they are accompanied. We soon realised that it was way too much so just a warning for people bringing kids who are new here or haven’t seen the new layout that the main area is not suitable for kids not as confident or under the age of 5 (or if they are physically small). The little ones’ area is much better now in my opinion and it has much more challenging things in there but it is still age appropriate. The little 3 year old we took found it challenging but she is small for her age. Great place for kids to burn off loads of energy and have loads of fun!! I do recommend buying tickets in advance as there are specific hour slots and you have to wait for the next one because you pay for entire hour slots and before the next one starts you have to leave.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for energetic children aged 5 and up who want serious inflatable challenges — the drop slide and assault course are the standout attractions. Younger children belong in the dedicated Under-4s zone, which is genuinely good for that age group. Book time slots in advance and arrive refreshed — the heat inside during busy periods is significant.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book specific hourly time slots in advance — entry is not open-ended
Children under 4 have a dedicated zone separate from the main inflatables
🎟️Bring water and expect to get hot — the venue has no air conditioning
🚗Weekday visits are cooler and significantly less crowded than weekends

Nice place, could do with safety barrier / gate (like Air nation) to stop kids from just leaving the premises, bouncy bit would also be better with walls of it being not so tall and a little lower so you can see the children playing when inside. Just needs a little more organisation felt slightly lack of control by staff but overall good.

We held our child’s birthday party here last week and, to be fair, the inflatable facilities were great – clean, well maintained, and the children truly had a wonderful time. For that part, credit where it’s due. Unfortunately, the “party” side was… an experience. Since other reviews have already mentioned similar issues, I thought I’d add a few helpful observations for parents who are still considering booking: 1. Party room logistics The party room is upstairs, while everything else seems to live downstairs. The host has to constantly go up and down the stairs, and is only allowed to carry what looks like two hands’ worth of items each time. For a group of 13 children, this makes the entire service feel inefficient. 2. Cups (a health concern, unfortunately) Two children noticed their cups had visible mould and an unpleasant smell. At that point, I did not have the time or resources to inspect and replace every single cup myself, so I only asked for two to be changed. In the end, one cup simply disappeared, leaving us short. I could replace it only because I had a guest who didn't show up. 2. Cake policy You are allowed to bring your own cake, but you’re not allowed to eat it there. As I didn’t bring enough industrial-level packaging materials, part of our cake ended up being wrapped in napkins. Feeling just like home. 3. Tissues and condiments Each child gets exactly one tissue. If you’d like ketchup or seasonings, the host will run downstairs to collect a brunch of small sachets – first come, first served. I would strongly recommend bringing your own to avoid an unnecessarily awkward situation. Special thanks to our host, who was clearly unwell and still tried her best to look after us. She was already out of breath before all the food had even arrived, which made me feel far too guilty to ask for anything else. Overall, a brilliant venue for bouncing. Just perhaps need to think again for “partying”.

Place was great very fun. Clean and quiet, i did visit during weekday hours so it was nice and quiet, staff were plesent, only issue i had was it was boiling hot in there made the experience uncomfortable, I was dripping sweat off my face, toddler ringing wet, you can not enjoy it in that type of heat as your running around assault courses and climbing slides jumping in huge ball pits it's a real work out chasing and playing with your kids in there, it needs to be air conditioned, for the price for 1 hour it is expensive i would expect air conditioning was very unbearable I came out relieved to have fresh air!!

Overview

Inflata Nation Birmingham features an 11-metre drop slide, ball pit blasters, Ballcano erupting volcano, tipping slides, and the Obstaball assault course. A dedicated Under-4s zone keeps younger children separate from the main inflatables. Regular Inflata Tots sessions combine structured play with inflatables for under-fours. Birthday party packages are available. The main area gets very hot during busy sessions — no air conditioning reported.
