Took my 22 month old to the toddler session for the first time today and she absolutely loved it. We had a great time as a family and absolutely exhausted her in half an hour. Amazing nap guaranteed and incredible facilities. Very fun as an adult too. The mandatory socks aren’t the best, but everything else was ideal

“Really fun and unique day out. Under 5 yo hour was a good concept although I'm pretty sure a few older kids slipped through. Toilets could do with an upgrade and lack toddler facilities (potty seats, step, heat safe tap, paper towels, very small so not much room for a potty). Book in advance weekend slots were sold out.”

“Bouncy stuff was fine, waited over an hour for food. None of the staff communicated what was going on all young kids without a clue. We had 4 minutes to eat our food which was edible”

“Kids had fun on the bouncy castles but the food and service was beyond shocking! Young members of staff that have absolutely no clue what was going on… one didn’t know what a “black coffee” was which summed up the day. If you took your own snacks then it’s worth it for kids but don’t say you haven’t been warned about the food and service..”
