Was at jump heaven yesterday for our boys 8th birthday party and are party organiser Molly was outstanding and very helpful canβt recommend this enough well done molly on excelling in your roll ps hope you enjoyed the cake
π Family Action Verdict
Strong pick for energetic children aged 5β12 who want maximum variety in one venue. The ninja courses and wipe-out obstacles hold attention well beyond the trampolines. Party organisation receives mixed reports β confirm coordinator details when booking. Visit outside peak weekend hours for a less crowded experience.

βHad a party for my son today and the kids absolutely loved it - plenty to do and keep them occupied. What let our experience down was the total lack of organisation.... it was utter chaos. We were informed we would have a party coordinator greet us upon entry and talk us through everything. That didnt happen, and we were all sat there for ages having no clue what to do as no one could be found. We were then told that they would get the children off the trampolines and into the party room however they could not get them all off as they use an announcement which you could barley hear over the noise from other visitors (it was super busy). When asked if we could go on to round the children up they said no and they would do it. In the end a parent purchased jump socks had to go on to round up the remaining children as 10/15 minutes passed by and still the remaining children were not present, resulting in a rushed experience in the party room. The total lack of organisation, overbooking and evidently understaffed was dissapointing. When you are paying Β£200+ for a party you expect everything will be arranged and organised properly. We feel like jump heaven missed the mark here. We were assured we would have help and guidance which was pretty much absent. Most of the staff were lovley and the girl in the party room with us was a great help when we eventually saw her! Theres was a couple of staff members who didnt have the best attitude but I suppose you get that everywhere. It was a fun party for the children though and they had fun which is what matters. Just us parents have a few grey hair after the experience.β

βWay too busy. They let too many people in at a time and it can get pretty dangerous, especially if you have really young children. It's a lot smaller than I expected and once youve explored everything it becomes a bit boring. The place is quite dirty too, stains and dust over the bouncy castles and apparatus. Won't be retiringβ

βIβm really unhappy with our visit to Jump Heaven Hazel Grove. The temperature inside was basically the same as outside, it was absolutely freezing. There didnβt seem to be any proper heating on at all. Itβs meant to be a place for kids to run around and enjoy themselves, but we were all shivering. What made it worse was that they had more staff than customers at the time (around 12:00 midday), yet comfort clearly wasnβt a priority. The only children there were mine and my friendβs kids, so itβs not like the place was busy or hard to manage. On top of that, the staff kept warning us about using our phones because of their strict phone policy. Being constantly told off while trying to check messages or take a quick photo of our kids really ruined the experience. It felt over the top and unnecessary, especially when the place was nearly empty. Customer service overall was poor, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. My three-year-old toddler was so cold they actually wanted to leave early, which says everything. I would only recommend visiting during the summer holidays, because in winter itβs just too cold to enjoy. Really disappointing experience.β
