Been coming here for a couple of years now. It’s a great setup and has absolutely everything you need with regards to health and well being. That said, what really makes this place shine isn’t the facilities, it’s the great bunch of staff who run the place!! They work tirelessly to pull it all together whether it being front of house to help with my random queries or just to say a pleasant hello or goodbye in passing, the PTs who run RIG; Robert, Jack, Joe, Ben (sorry if I missed anyone else out), and the various other sessions from spin to boxercise. My daughter all attends swimming lessons here too… special thanks to Dan for being a great teacher and so good (and patient!) with Charlotte in her growth and development. Thanks to Scott for always being so accommodating with our families busy timetable and helping us find suitable dates and times. Keep up the good work guys, a very well done to you all!

The pool and gym facilities are well-maintained and the sensory garden is a genuine bonus. Parking becomes scarce during peak lesson times, so arriving early is strongly advised for lesson days.

“Good leisure centre, clean and helpful staff. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at peak times and when swimming lessons are on.”

“Parking is an issue during peak times. New car park already falling short and you can't help but bring dirt into the venue.”

“The health suite has a strong smell of drains. It’s also quite easy for non members to access as you can walk straight though most days without needing a fob.”

Life Leisure Hazel Grove has a 25m main pool alongside a dedicated small pool for Baby Splash and Toddler Splash sessions. Swimming lessons run across age groups and the instructors receive consistently high praise. The recently refurbished gym includes a functional R1G training area. A thermal suite with sauna and steam room and a community sensory garden round out the facilities. Kids activities run for ages 5–12.
