Jungle Mayhem
š Manchester, North West
Indoor soft play centre with climbing structures, slides, and age-separated zones including a toddler area. Birthday party packages available with entertainment options. On-site cafe with no outside food or drink permitted.
Really good soft play centre and kids enjoyed it. Only bit of constructive feedback Iād give is your servicing of your kiosk for food and drinks. Leave someone dedicated to taking payments and peoples orders for food and drinks. Ask them to stick with the taking orders and payments and not get involved with anything else. Then support this person with a couple of more staff who can do the coffee orders or make the ice team in the tubs etc. The queue ends up massive because the person who should be responsible for the kiosk and till leaves to get involved in other stuff. Small issue but you could be taking many more orders and not leave the customers waiting which is win win for both parties. Really good soft play centre though šš»
š Family Action Verdict
Children who can navigate soft play independently will get solid value from the main structure. The toddler zone works for younger visitors.

āIts not to bad, a little tired in places. Though its cheap to get in they make their money on food and drink inside (abd you cant take your own) so be aware. Its not terrible, its not great, it just is what it is.ā

āI found 1 female member of staff extremely rude to us on arrival, I don't understand why any play centre do not have any deals for twins or triplets etc, it's ridiculous pricing, their website doesn't explain prices properly, I asked to go out for a cigarette and when coming back into the building I was told that I have to go to the gate, not the side of the building, I would have appreciated the information beforehand, or at least a sign saying so! Not to be rude but people have stuff going on in their lives that random people don't know about and it would just help when people who are working would be professional and kind instead of being rude and not listening.ā

Overview
Jungle Mayhem runs a multi-level soft play structure with climbing frames and slides suited to mixed ages, plus a separated toddler zone. Birthday party packages include princess and character entertainment options. The cafe kiosk is the only food and drink source ā outside food and drink are not allowed. Kiosk service speed is a recurring complaint, with a single staff member often handling both food preparation and payment.
