First off, go book this, trust me you won’t regret it. Myself and 2 seven year olds, 60 mins to climb as many weird walls as you can. Stairway to heaven and the leap of faith was awesome, even the boys did it. I need to mention the instructors, 2 females, didn’t get names but they were brilliant with the boys, encouraged them and reassured them they were doing good, they were a credit to the job. Will be back again, might even bring the boys 😂.. don’t think they would let me go without them.. thanks to the instructors, you made it very enjoyable.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged 7 and up who want to try climbing in a supported, encouraging environment. The clip-and-climb instructors receive strong praise for patience with nervous first-timers and those with a fear of heights. Families visiting purely for soft play will find the space smaller than larger competing venues in Glasgow.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book clip-and-climb sessions separately from soft play — they require their own reservation
Families with asthma should of reported dust accumulation near ceiling vents
🎟️Staff on the climbing walls are particularly good with nervous or first-time climbers
🚗The coffee area is available for parents waiting during sessions

My partner and I went to the clip and climb wall today. It was a lot of fun and also so scary as someone who has never climbed before but the staff really help you out and talk you through it! I have a fear of falling but Bridgetta was so patient and supportive and helped me out a lot to climb up and jump off the wall. I would recommend this for adults who isn’t familiar with climbing and would like to try it out!

A good place to take children to play. Soft balls, stairs, and slides are available on one side. On another side, there is a climbing zone for the kids and teenagers. On top of it, there is a small coffee shop and a waiting area in Softplay.

Kids enjoyed the soft play, but they really need to clean the massive dust piles on top of the silver open ceiling pipes/ top of slide. Has got worse since last visit last summer and looks like hasn't been cleaned since then (was falling on people's pizza on that visit and I had to take inhaler , now a good 5 inch deep. Mounds of dust fall on to you if sit on the blue seats and land in food. Dumb design if never going to clean it or have something high enough to. Kids also said was falling on them at top of slide from vibrations. If have asthma or dust allergy not the best place to be. Not good enough as obviously lots of babies and kids using
