“Excellent place. The staff are friendly and always smiling, it’s consistently clean, the pool is good, the gym is pleasant, and the sauna is always working. The only suggestions would be to add a water filter closer to the sauna, as people have to walk quite far down the corridor to refill their water bottles after coming out, and, if possible, to install a new ab machine”

“From the front desk to the facilities, the personnel at Ladywood Leisure Centre are exceptional. A member of the team who has made our family visits a joy and delight is Ms Rafia Bi, a Personal Fitness Trainer. She is patient with children and amazing with adults. This explains why families love working with her!”

“This gym is decent but I’ve attended better It’s spacious, has parking, and generally attracts a decent crowd. It has also pool for swim lovers.I can say I’m overall satisfied with my experience and training there. Okay, sometimes when it gets crowded, I think they could have a few more machines. But overall, I haven’t really faced any difficulties with my workouts. It’s a good gym and relatively affordable, especially considering it operates on such a large-scale project like this.”

“I’ve noticed a big improvement in customer service at Ladywood Leisure gym. The team on reception are welcoming, helpful, and professional. They create a positive first impression and make members feel valued. However, the condition of the facilities has declined. The gym and swimming areas need attention. The changing rooms often have a strong smell of urine, and the showers show visible dust, dirt, and mould. Cleanliness does not match the standard you would expect. It’s disappointing because the staff are doing a great job. The upkeep of the building is letting the whole place down. With stronger management and a focus on maintenance, this gym has the potential to be far better.”
