āI recently attended the dance and boxing at Park Road Lifestyle and it was absolutely brilliant. The structure, energy, and results from both session really stood out compared to other classes I've tried. It's engaging, motivating, and suitable for all fitness levels while still being challenging. I genuinely believe the boxing class would be a huge success if it were introduced across other e.g. Wavertree Lifestyle locations. It offers something unique and incredibly effective, and I know many more members would love the opportunity to take part. Please consider rolling this class out to more gyms ā it's too good to be limited to just one location!ā
