“We visit Mini Mugs often with our baby girl, as it really is one of the best places for young children, toddlers and babies. There's so much for little ones to do and the equipment is safe and clean. But the main reason we return time and time again is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful, always delivering excellent customer service. We have just had a joint 2nd birthday party at Mini Mugs and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our girls had the best time. So many people who attended have commented on what a fantastic venue it is and how lovely the staff were. Thanks again ladies and see you very soon!”

“We had our daughter’s first birthday here and I cannot recommend it enough! Lisa went above and beyond, helping us set up, making sure we were okay and all the children had what they needed! The play area was clean and tidy, well looked after not too big so the little ones weren’t too overwhelmed with it all. friendly staff happy to serve if needed anything! “Second time we have been today and needed to leave a review to highlight how lovely the staff here are. The lady that runs it is so friendly and went over and above to make sure we were well looked after, bringing me water when I was breastfeeding and allowing us in a bit early for my little boy to use the toilet. Everything is clean and its the perfect sized play cafe especially if you have a younger one too. Would 100% recommend. We will be back.”

“We always love coming to Mini Mugs. It has the perfect range of toys, plus a great mini soft play and slide. The food and drink are high quality, and the cafe tables all enable you to have a good view of the children playing. We recently chose to have my daughter's 3rd birthday party here and the service was fantastic. She had a wonderful time and all dietary requirements were catered for in a beautiful party room.”
