“We had an amazing experience at Solihull Play Town for our daughter’s birthday party. Communication was great from booking, through the lead-up to the party and on the day itself, everything was smooth and completely stress free. Erin and Mia, who were working on the day, were absolutely fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and stayed perfectly on track with timings. The party itself was great and most importantly, the children had a fantastic time from start to finish, especially with the lovely extras like the disco at the end (which a lot of other venues make you pay extra for). We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Solihull Play Town to anyone looking for a fun, well organised children’s party venue.”

“We hired the playtown for our daughter’s 3rd birthday party and would 100% recommend. Erin & Mia were so helpful with setting up and helped make sure the party ran smoothly. On arrival the chairs & tables were all set up, everything was very clean and organised (before the carnage of toddlers arrived) and the mini disco was a nice touch at the end (going as far to ask what my daughters favourite songs were for them to play). Great options at the cafe for the adults and a nice size room for everyone (adults & children) to be in one place.”
