“I am a member of the Partyman world in Lakeside and my sons love it. The staff is lovely and helpful with anything you need. The place is always clean and looked after. I also had both of my sons birthday party there in different times of the year and the party host named JENNY which was the party host for both of their birthdays was lovely, accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful in all ways possible. I would like to say that she has a lovely personality either with adults than children, her energy is high and reflects the children’s needs. Both of my sons had a great time there for their birthday as she did an amazing job.”

“If i could give more than 5 stars, I happily would. Just for the girl on the front desk, Kerry Anne I'm told her name is. Smiley, chatty, friendly and absolutely brilliant with the kids. Shes made my daughter day by joining in a game of football and has had her smiling no end! She was made for this job! Brilliant place, wonderful staff and 100% a positive experience we'll definitely be happy to come back for.”

“Situated inside lakeside shopping centre it’s very convenient. What’s nice about this place was there’s off peak prices and that it is not time limited when it’s not busy! My little girl loved it, she’s almost two and a half and ran around like a crazy girl. There’s quite a bit to play and offers food. A problem is that there’s not always a staff present during the non busy times and that the toilets are a bit icky. Not dirty as such but could be a lot better maintained. Other than that, pretty decent. No complaints otherwise. Would come back.”
